If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.

CANCELLATION

To adjust an order, please contact us using the link below for any requests to change or cancel your recently placed order. Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request. Once the order is processed for shipping, you must complete the return process to cancel it.

Grey Man Tactical™ warranties its products against defects in workmanship and materials. If you have a defective product, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. This does not apply to third party products. GMT is not responsible for harm incurred by items purchased from Grey Man Tactical™.
