Optimize storage space by integrating Grey Man Tactical's RMP™ and high-quality attachments in your Pelican Case lid. This system is complete with a rifle rack, mag carrier, and handgun holster, keeping your valuable gear organized and mounted in one place.

#501 features an easy installation by mounting the custom Rigid MOLLE Panel with the Pelican Case Screws into the mounting points on your lid. For lids without mounting points, install with the 3M™ Dual Lock™ Fastener Kit. Attach the G-Code Holsters Soft Shell Scorpion Mag Carrier, G-Code RTI Holster Integration Kit, and the Rifle Rack - Rubber Clamps onto the RMP™ using the included screws and Backer Plates™ for a secure and flush mount.

GEAR MOUNTING

RAPTOR™ MOUNTS & BRACKETS

  • Purchase the Raptor Mount™ or Raptor Bracket™ with RMP Backer Plates™.
  • Place the RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred location behind the RMP™.
  • From the frontside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the Raptor™ gear and fasten into the RMP Backer Plates™.

RAPTOR™ RAIL

  • Purchase the Locking Rifle Rack Kit - Raptor Rail Buffer Tube™ + LE Shield or Locking Rifle Rack Kit - Raptor Rail Picatinny™ + LE Shield.
  • Place the included RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred location behind the RMP™.
  • From the backside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the RMP Backer Plates™ and fasten into the Raptor Rail™.

SC-6

  • Purchase the Locking Rifle Mount - SC-6.
  • Place the RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred vertical or horizontal orientation behind the RMP™.
  • From the backside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the RMP Backer Plates™ and fasten into the SC-6 Mount.

RUBBER CLAMPS

  • Purchase a Rubber Clamp with RMP Backer Plates™.
  • Place the included RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred location behind the RMP™.
  • From the frontside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the Rubber Clamp and fasten into the RMP Backer Plates™.

RMP BUTTSTOCK CUP™

  • Purchase our RMP™ Buttstock Cup Kit.
  • Place the RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred vertical or horizontal orientation behind the RMP™.
  • From the backside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the RMP Backer Plates™ and fasten into the L-Bracket.
  • Align the center hole of the Buttstock Cup with the center hole of the L-Bracket and fasten with a screw.
  • Rotate the Buttstock Cup to the preferred position on the L-Bracket and fasten with the screws.

RMP MUZZLE CUP™


  • Purchase our RMP™ Muzzle Cup Kit.
  • Place the RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred vertical or horizontal orientation behind the RMP™.
  • From the backside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the RMP Backer Plates™ and fasten into the L-Bracket.
  • Align the center hole of the Muzzle Cup with the desired hole of the L-Bracket and fasten with a screw.

HOLSTER INTEGRATION

  • Purchase a Holster Integration Kit.
  • Place the included RMP Backer Plates™ in the preferred location behind the RMP™.
  • From the frontside of the RMP™, insert the screws through the female adaptor and fasten into the RMP Backer Plates™.
  • Insert the screws through the male adaptor and fasten onto the holster.

    • PRO TIP
    Mount additional female adaptors onto a secondary Vehicle RMP™, Case RMP™, Plate Carrier or Belt Loop for easy transfer of one holster to multiple locations.

MOLLE STRAPS

For mounting gear with integral straps onto an RMP™, weave straps through the RMP™ grid.
For mounting gear without integral straps or gear with tight MOLLE webbing to an RMP™, purchase WTFix Straps™ for weaving.

MOLLE CLIPS

For mounting gear without integral straps or gear with loose MOLLE webbing onto an RMP™, use MOLLE clips.

HOOK & LOOP

For mounting hook backed pouches, morale patches or accessories onto an RMP™, purchase our Adhesive Backed - 3/4” Width Low Profile Loop.

    To adhere adhesive backed loop to an RMP™ :
  • Clean the RMP™ surface with an alcohol wipe and let completely dry.
  • Remove backing from the adhesive backed loop and press firmly into place on the RMP™.
  • Press further with a rolling pin or place heavy weight onto the newly loop faced RMP™ to compress and ensure full contact.

    • PRO TIP
  • For stronger adhesion, apply 3M™ Primer 94 - Ampule to the RMP™ surface before adhering the adhesive into place.
  • For stronger adhesion, apply heat from a hair dryer to warm up the surface and the adhesive, enabling the adhesive to liquefy enough to seep into the surface for a better bond.

PARACORD

For mounting gear with a paracord or shockcord onto an RMP™, weave cord through the 0.25" perimeter holes of the RMP™.

RMP™ FASTENING

PUSH BUTTON RMP STRAPS™

For fastening an RMP™ to vehicle seats with removable headrests, purchase our Push Button D-Ring + Push Button Loop-Around RMP Straps™ [Headrest Post & Seat Bottom].
  • For a 15.25 X 25 RMP™, insert push button base through the large top and bottom side fastening holes of the RMP™ and begin tightening push button nuts.
  • For all other RMP™ sizes, use a 9/16" spade bit to enlarge pre-existing mounting points. Insert push button base through the large top and bottom side fastening holes of the RMP™ and begin tightening push button nuts.
  • Hold push button nuts with a 3/4” wrench or crescent wrench and insert 1/4” Allen key wrench inside push button base to fully tighten.
  • Remove seat headrest, insert headrest posts through D-rings and reinsert headrest to seat.
  • Wrap seat bottom Push Button Loop-Around RMP Strap™ around seat bottom.
  • Insert push button swivels into push button bases on the RMP™.
  • Tighten RMP Straps™ and fold loose ends under Elastic Keepers.
    • PRO TIP Apply a drop of Loctite 242 to Push Button base bolt for long-term retention.

For fastening an RMP™ to vehicle seats without removable headrests, purchase two of our Push Button Loop-Around RMP Strap™ [Seat Bottom].
  • Insert push button base through the large top and bottom side fastening holes of the RMP™ and begin tightening push button nuts.
  • Hold push button nuts with a 3/4” wrench or crescent wrench and insert 1/4” Allen key wrench inside push button base to fully tighten.
  • Wrap Push Button Loop-Around RMP Straps™ around seat headrest and seat bottom.
  • Insert push button swivels into push button bases on the RMP™.
  • Tighten RMP Straps™ and fold loose ends under Elastic Keepers.
    • PRO TIP Apply a drop of Loctite 242 to Push Button base bolt for long-term retention.

BUCKLE RMP STRAPS™

For fastening an RMP™ to vehicle seats with removable headrests, purchase our Buckle D-Ring RMP Straps™ [Headrest Post] and Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ Black [Seat Bottom].
  • Thread each headrest post Buckle D-Ring RMP Strap™ through the front of the top 1” slots on the RMP™.
  • Thread straps through back of buckles, loop straps around buckle bars and thread straps down through bottom of buckles.
  • Remove seat headrest, insert headrest posts through D-rings and reinsert headrest to seat.
  • Thread the seat bottom Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ through the front of the bottom side 1” slots on the RMP™.
  • Thread strap through back of buckles, loop strap around buckle bars and thread strap down through bottom of buckles.
  • Wrap Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ around seat bottom.
  • Fasten buckles on RMP™ to buckles on seat.
  • Tighten RMP Straps™ and fold loose strap ends under Elastic Keepers.

For fastening an RMP™ to vehicle seats without removable headrests, purchase our Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ Black [Headrest] and Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ Black [Seat Bottom].
  • Thread the headrest Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ through the front of the top 1” slots on the RMP™.
  • Thread strap through back of buckles, loop strap around buckle bars and thread strap down through bottom of buckles.
  • Wrap Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ around seat headrest.
  • Thread the seat bottom Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ through the front of the bottom side 1” slots on the RMP™.
  • Thread strap through back of buckles, loop strap around buckle bars and thread strap down through bottom of buckles.
  • Wrap Buckle Loop-Around RMP Strap™ around seat bottom.
  • Fasten buckles on RMP™ to buckles on seat.
  • Tighten RMP Straps™ and fold loose strap ends under Elastic Keepers.

HARD MOUNT SCREWS


For fastening an RMP™ to a solid surface, purchase our RMP Fastening Kit™ - Self Drilling Screws + Nylon Spacers.
  • Insert the self drilling screws through the preferred perimeter holes of the RMP™.
  • Next, insert the self drilling screws through the nylon spacers.
  • Fasten the self drilling screws into the preferred location of the solid surface. If preferred, a pilot hole may be drilled into solid surface in advance.

3M™ DUAL LOCK™


For fastening an RMP™ using adhesive backed fasteners to a vehicle panel, utility case lid, safe door or metal, plastic and glass surfaces, purchase our Adhesive Backed - 3M™ Dual Lock™ Fastener Kit.

To adhere 3M™ Dual Lock™ to an RMP™ :

  • Clean RMP™ surface with an alcohol wipe and let completely dry.
  • Apply included 3M™ Primer 94 to the RMP™ surface that the 3M™ Dual Lock™ will be adhered.
  • Remove backing from the 3M™ Dual Lock™ strip and press firmly into place on the RMP™.
  • Press further with a rolling pin or place heavy weight onto the newly 3M™ Dual Lock™ backed RMP™ to compress and ensure full contact.
To adhere 3M™ Dual Lock™ to a solid surface:
  • Clean the solid surface with an alcohol wipe and let completely dry.
  • After adhering the 3M™ Dual Lock™ onto the RMP™, line up the corresponding 3M™ Dual Lock™ strip and secure in place.
  • Remove backing from the 3M™ Dual Lock™ while still secured to the RMP™.
  • Line up the RMP™ on the solid surface you desire to attach to your RMP™ and press firmly in place.
  • Remove the 3M™ Dual Lock™ backed RMP™ carefully to avoid lifting the 3M™ Dual Lock™ that is adhered to your solid surface.
  • Press further with a rolling pin or place heavy weight onto your newly 3M™ Dual Lock™ lined solid surface to compress and ensure full contact.
    • PRO TIP
  • For stronger adhesion, apply heat from a hair dryer to warm up the surface and the adhesive, enabling the adhesive to liquefy enough to seep into the surface for a better bond.
  • For easier handling or application, it is recommended to cut the 3M™ Dual Lock™ into 1" squares or 1" x 2" strips.

PARACORD

For fastening an RMP™ with a paracord or shockcord to your vehicle seat, backpack or for creating handles, weave cord through the 0.25" perimeter holes of the RMP™.
