I've never had a worse customer service experience. I legitimately had to google the company to see if this was a real company and not an online scam and fake website that just took people's money. Two weeks trying to get a response from them (phone call, voicemail, email, online form submission, facebook message, instagram message).
I just can't fathom how its okay to completely ignore customers? Haven't received the product yet, so can't speak to that. But if you are hoping to receive in the next month, I would look at other options than this company.
